JarvisBitz Tech is an AI and software engineering company. We design and build production AI systems: AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, voice AI and enterprise integrations, plus the web, mobile, SaaS and cloud software around them. The company was founded in 2018 and is based in Ahmedabad, India, working with clients worldwide with a strong focus on the United States.

An engineering team. We write the code, run the evaluations and ship the system into production. Advice comes with it, but the deliverable is working software you own, not a slide deck.

Both. AI is the core, and we also deliver full stack web, mobile, SaaS, desktop, cloud and backend development for teams that need more than the intelligence layer.

We work across industries rather than specialising in one. The scenarios page walks through typical use cases by sector, each with the constraints that shaped the design: regulatory rules, data formats, latency needs and domain vocabulary.

With a two week Discovery stage. We map your data sources, workflows and existing systems, then deliver a readiness scorecard, a recommended capability stack and a risk map. Each stage is a separate agreement with no minimum commitment, so you decide whether to continue to a pilot with that evidence in hand.

A pilot takes four to six weeks and runs one capability against your real data with live accuracy and latency numbers. Scaling that into a multi capability system with monitoring and integrations takes a further eight to twelve weeks. Production support after that is ongoing.

We build in sprints with weekly demos, and no stage advances without evidence. Every stage has defined deliverables and exit criteria, so your stakeholders always know what is coming next and what has been proven so far.

Yes. A large share of our work is diagnosing and optimising existing systems: cutting response times, improving retrieval accuracy, adding permissions and guardrails, and bringing costs down. Discovery works the same way whether the system is new or inherited.

You do. All custom code, configurations, integrations and any models fine tuned on your data are your intellectual property from day one. Our pre existing frameworks stay ours, with a perpetual royalty free licence for you to keep using them.

In your own cloud account (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), fully on premises including air gapped environments, or a hybrid of the two. The architecture adapts to your security and compliance requirements, and you keep control of infrastructure, billing and access.

Never. Your data is used only inside your project. Client environments are isolated from each other, and personal data is anonymised or pseudonymised before processing.

Guardrails, validation and human approval are built into every system. High impact actions wait for a person to approve them, every run is traced end to end, and outputs pass evaluation gates before they reach users. Our view is that AI should automate the execution while people keep control of the important decisions.

You answer a few questions about your business and website, and the audit returns growth bottlenecks, AI recommendations and a 30, 60 and 90 day action plan, usually within 30 to 90 seconds. Numbers in it are projections from public signals about your business, and running it commits you to nothing.
